Founder & Executive Director
Quantavious Woulard is the Founder and Executive Director of Blooprint Management, Inc. Quanatvious is a former educator who is passionate about providing today’s youth and young adults with the blueprint to success. Quantavious graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
Latricia Woulard
President
Latricia Woulard is the President of Blooprint Management, Inc. Latricia has been a leading contributor in the field of education for over twenty years. Prior to joining Blooprint’s board, Latricia, has served in several leadership capacities within St. Lucie County Public Schools, where she currently serves as an Executive Director of Schools. Latricia holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
Abijah Bertrand
Vice President
Abijah Bertrand is the Vice President of Blooprint Management Inc. Abijah has been an educator for 15 years, serving youth and young adults with disabilities in Alachua County. He obtained a Masters of Education Degree from the University of Florida and a Masters of Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University. Abijah is currently the Executive Director and co-founder of a non-profit organization called Life Transition Skills, Inc.
